Poms Starts Practice

The new Junior Varsity poms team started their first first day of practice on Thursday, May 4 at Starstruck Academy of Dance. Tryouts determined the new teams and after a few team bonding activities, they are getting to work.

The JV team poses for a “silly” picture in the studio. “I love the new team I’m really excited for next year,” Mia Brown ’20 said.

According to Keep America Beautiful, the majority of the trash found on both roads and waterways consists of fast food wrappers and packaging, receipts and plastic beverage bottles.
