Learn about different gyms nearby, membership prices and where Jags like to exercise.

Staying in shape is an important part of living life.

Exercising can improve the body and its strength, help prevent health issues and push the body to its limits. Finding a good place to work out also increases the enjoyment of getting exercise, especially if i becomes regular.

But, where to work out?

Out of 75 students who participated in a poll posted by @rcrockmedia on Instagram, 21 students said they go to Chuze, five said they go to Planet Fitness, 24 said they go to Southridge Rec Center, 20 said they go to 24 Hour Fitness and five said they go to Orangetheory.

Staying consistent in working out is a long process, and there will often be up and down days, but the more commitment to exercising a few times a week, the more it becomes a habit.
