Dane Zitzlsperger ‘25 leans on the chassis of his go-kart to push it up his driveway Jan. 8. According to FOX 31 Denver, Highlands Ranch received three and a half inches of snow. This allowed Zitzlsperger to spend his last day of winter break drifting his custom-built go-kart through fresh powder. “In the summers, I can’t really drift the kart since the tires can’t handle it, but in winter snow, it easily cranks donuts and long drifts,” Zitzlsperger said. This lift was a personal record on the trap bar for Juanillo, also helping him stay fit during the football off-season. “I’ve been working towards this weight for about a year and a quarter, so I’m proud of the lift,” Juanillo said.
