Improv Middle School Night: a night that happens only once or twice every year, where middle school students come over to the high school to play improv with the big kids.
This year’s Improv Night took place Jan. 17, hosted by Improv Club–also known as Troupe 7206–in the school auditorium.
Entry tickets were $5 per audience member. The proceeds went towards funding the school’s theater department.
For the actual showcase, participants warmed up, then played games consisting of Party Quirks, Box of Death, Last Line and New Choice.
“It’s fun to improv with friends and it increases my acting skills, being able to think on my feet, and also how to develop a scene without it becoming boring,” Alina Sabalevskya ‘27 said.
